During the summer season, the number of night clubs increases significantly as they open right on the beach.
The malls are the places where you can find everything when you are looking for shopping at: household goods, souvenirs and food to clothing and working equipment. In addition to the market, here one can enjoy the high quality cinema, café’s and restaurants.
Shopping centers are increasing at a rapid pace in the city of Varna, four of them are located at a distance of ten minutes, by car, from the city center.

Another popular restaurant is “Rappongi”, located on the beach. Of course, we can’t afford the overlook one of the biggest attractions in this section, namely the fish restaurant “Sirius”. Visiting the restaurant is a must, if only because of its unique location, an old ship on the rocks in “St. St. Constantine and Helena” resort.
Since mid-2013 the airport can serve passengers in the all new terminal 2. The terminal is a modern facility with nice interior and the most advanced service systems, attractive shopping areas, cafes and restaurants. The Varna airport is located at 20 km. from the villa.
The largest sea resort within the city limits, is mere 800 metres away from the villa!
Besides the standard entertainment like: marine boats, jet skis, paragliding, restaurants, etc., the resort presents to the tourists a unique attraction. The Patron “the Byzantine Empress Helena” often visit Varna, called Odessos back then, precisely to take advantage of the healing properties of the natural mineral wells, wich are a sourche of hot water.
The “Manastirski rid” countryside is situated between the resort of “St. St. Constantine and Helena” at sea level and the residential district of Vinica, uphill. The green strip at the top photo shows a small part of this heavenly place. “Manastirski rid” is a part of the city Varna.
